A Little About Me

I don't have much time to write this up, but I thought that I'd post a little about myself and how I started making money blogging.

When I first started I had 1 blog site and it was getting a moderate amount of traffic. I was working at a tv station during the day, and posting on my blog at night. I dreamed of a day where I could be home with my family more, have time for vacations, and lets face it some "quality" time with my wife.

Little did I know that I was just about to find the genie's lamp in the cave of wonders.

I came across an article on google selling Blogging To The Bank and I thought to myself "Oh great, another sales message full of lies and deceit".

Later that day I became more and more curious so I gave in and bought it (it wasn't expensive at all and I figured even if I could learn one thing maybe I can make some money).

Boy was I in for another surprise.....

Make Money Blogging Tip #2 - PPC

If you've read my last tip then you've probably already added adsense to your blog. If not, GO NOW!! Its a free way to make money on your blog, key words FREE MONEY.

So for the people who took action and now have adsense on your blog congratulations, and for those who already had it you've most likely figure out by now that the best way to make money with adsense is........Traffic!

Traffic is the unit used to measure the amount of people who visit your site.

Which leads me to the main topic of this article. PPC

So What Is PPC?

PPC (Pay Per Click) is basically where you bid for keywords that are related to the "niche" of your blog. Then you build an ad around those keywords and that ad will show either right under the search box, or to the right of the search results.

The highest spots on the page go to the highest bidder on the keywords.

If you've done PPC before then you know that this can become quite costly when you are bidding on keywords in a particularly large niche. But i'm about to reveal to you the biggest kept secret of PPC, and its called long tail keywords.

A long tail keyword is about 5 or more words that are closely related to the ad you write.

So for example if you are promoting your weight loss blog, and you find a long tail keyword like lose weight in 5 easy steps, then you would create an add that describes losing weight in 5 steps.

With this simple method, you can get clicks for dirt cheap. Most of my clicks are 5 to 9 cents and through adsense alone I make 40% of my total online profit.

What Does This All Mean?

So you know how to make money from having people click on ads on your blog. You understand that in order to get those clicks you need traffic. And finally you have discovered how to get cheap traffic to your blog................Thats IT!. It's that simple!

For added effectiveness you can put a blog up that coincides with you ad. Then direct your ad to that page on your blog.

If you've done everything correctly and you are paying next to nothing for your clicks, adsense will have placed high ranking keywords on your page. These can make you anywhere from .45 to $1 per click. So you do the math!

My Second Review On Blogging To The Bank

Today, everyone and there mothers fathers dog has a blog. (Like the rhyme? lol:)

What most of those people don't realize though, is that they can be making a ton of money off of those very same blogs.

Rob Benwell has made several million dollars in his early 20's by using these methods. He decided he couldn't keep those secrets to himself and decided to share them with the world in his highly successful Blogging To The Bank ebook and now thousands apon thousands of buyers are richer than they could have ever imagined.

About 1 year later he had already sold 20,000 copies and in 2007 he released his 2.0 update. He is now releasing his third version of Blogging to the Bank series helping to wet our appetites and keep the fat bucks rolling in.

His book starts off with market research (so that you are making the most of your time) to building your blogging empire. Everything is covered in this new outing that helps bloggers withtodays online issues regarding making the all mighty search engines happy.

Final Verdict: if you are out there in the blogging world and want to make money the easy way then I highly recommend Blogging To The Bank 2010.

Blogging To The Bank 2010 - The Unspoken Truth

Blogging has become a huge fad over the years. Most "bloggers" usually post about their lives or other topics of their own interest, while the rest utilize this free method to create wealth.

Rob Benwell is one of these people and 4 years ago he decided to teach others about the tips and tricks to making lots of money using blogging.
